Bike came with a bent front brake disc. I sent in pics and a video. Waiting for them to send me a new brake disc. Nee front rotor arrived about a week later. Alond with 2 free sets of knee and elbow pads. Light weight . Fit nice. Thanks tasaca. Bike rides good
We bought it for our 12 year old son. He loves it! The quality is great! He did a lot of research before deciding on which one to get.
Packaging was not the best. Couple broken parts but I was assured they would be sending the replacements. Bike is fast and runs great.
A great add on for this amazing product!
Was a waste of money, bike arrived badly damaged, had to fight to get replacement parts, didn't get them all either. The care box people asked for me to send a video of me unboxing it??! How was I supposed to know I needed to do that? It's the same company, it's just another was to get money out of you, it covers absolutely nothing
Very thorough verification process, fast shipping. Packaging excellent. Easy assembly, everything was top tier!
Shipped pretty fast. Easy assembly and very fun

Fuck you
Does absolutely nothing but wastes your money, box came all busted up and haven’t heard a word !
Packaging was great. No damaged product.
Arrived in tact
Everything arrived as expected. Even the gentleman that delivered the bike took it upon himself to drop the box in a secure location on my property. Thanks again
Quality control. Make sure everything that supp osed to come with it is there. Some damage may be from shipping but not missing parts like the battery
Directions were not very clear.
