At Tasaca, we don’t just engineer high-performance ebikes—we build long-term relationships with the people who ride them. Your ebike is an investment in freedom, and our warranty is our commitment to protecting that investment.

Our philosophy is simple:

10-Year Continuity Support

We guarantee the availability of compatible spare parts for 10 years from the date of purchase.

“Quick-Swap” Replacement Priority

For eligible warranty claims, we prioritize replacement over repair, minimizing downtime.

Expert-Level Support

Your support team includes trained technicians and engineers who understand your ebike inside and out.

 


 

2. Warranty Coverage Periods

All new Tasaca ebikes are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

3. Warranty Eligibility & Ownership

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only

Starts from the date of delivery

Non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Tasaca

Proof of purchase (order number) is required

 


 

4. Our 10-Year Maintenance Commitment

Even after the warranty expires:

5. What is Covered

Tasaca will repair or replace any component that:

Has manufacturing defects

Fails under normal use conditions

Is damaged during shipping (reported within required timeframe)

 


 

6. What is NOT Covered

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are excluded:

Usage & External Factors

Accidents, crashes, or misuse

Stunt riding, racing, or abnormal use

Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme environments

Theft or natural disasters

Modifications

Unauthorized modifications or “tuning”

Use of non-Tasaca parts or accessories

Wear & Tear

Tires, brake pads, chains after normal usage lifecycle

Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint fade)

Improper Handling

Incorrect assembly or installation

Failure to follow user manual instructions

Commercial Use

Delivery services or rental usage (unless approved)

Other Limitations

Second-hand owners (unless approved)

Products purchased outside supported regions

Serial number removed or altered

 


 

7. Shipping Damage Policy

If your product arrives damaged:

Report within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos/videos + original packaging

Tasaca will:

Replace damaged parts OR

Provide compensation OR

Arrange replacement

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted

 


 

8. Warranty Claim Process

9. Shipping & Cost Responsibilities

10. Replacement Policy

Replacement parts inherit original warranty period

Full unit replacement may be:

Same model OR

Equivalent model (if discontinued)

Refurbished or “like-new” parts may be used when appropriate

 


 

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Tasaca is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Loss of use, profits, or data

Maximum liability is limited to:

Original purchase value of the product

 


 

12. Important Notes

Warranty decisions are made at Tasaca’s discretion based on evidence

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Warranty does not cover delays caused by logistics or third-party services
