Refund policy

We value every customer’s trust in Tasaca and are committed to providing a transparent and fair after-sales experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@tasacasport.com.

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment will be fully refunded without any handling fees.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. You may initiate a return process after receiving the package.

2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition, free from dirt or odors, and packed in their original packaging. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving your order.

  • Exchange Policy:

    • If you wish to exchange for a different model: The customer is responsible for the $180 shipping fee plus the price difference between the items.

    • If the product is defective or damaged: We offer a free replacement or return, and Tasaca will cover all shipping costs.

3. Return & Exchange Fees

For non-quality related returns (e.g., buyer's remorse), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees as follows:

  • E-Bike: $180 / unit

  • Accessories: $30 / unit

  • Battery: $100 / unit

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Request: Email support@tasacasport.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

  3. Receive Instructions: Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3-6 business days for inspection.

5. Important Notes

  • Prior Approval Required: Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our support team.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns or items returned without approval may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

  • Condition Check: Items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging) will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund Issuance: After approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount for non-quality returns.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 7-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@tasacasport.com.
